George is a really approachable, Honest and decent person. My daughter recently moved to LA and was having brake problems. We looked around for a reliable shop, and we are really happy to have found George and Universal. He did a thorough and honest inspection of the car (a VW Jetta), explained clearly what we needed to get fixed immediately and what could wait until a later time, and did an excellent job fixing brakes and other essential parts...we are really happy to have found George and this shop, and will definitely return for future repairs...

I've been to United Alignment 3-4 times to have my older Civic fixed. A friend recommended them and I'm very happy she did. George was very nice, patient and understanding especially because I was frustrated and hesitant for having to put MORE new parts in my car. He broke each problem down and explained what needed to be done right away and what could wait a month or two so that I could save up. I was able to. Ring my car in the same day and when I couldn't pick it up before they closed, they held it until I could come in. When I decided not to fix my car because it was too costly and planned to sell it, they did not charge me for the "exam" and price quote. George even seemed grateful that I reconsidered three months later and got my car completely repaired at United Alignment and sold the car to my friend the next day.

The most honest mechanics in LA. I've taken both of my cars here over the years and will continue to do so. I have never had a problem, and completely trust United Alignment and Tire. The only place in LA I will ever have my cars serviced, and I'm planning on not driving anymore when the head mechanic retires.
