United Alignment is an EXCELLENT provider of alignment and tire services. I have used them for many years and have never been disappointed. They are honest, professional, highly skilled, fair in their pricing, and mindful of the needs of their customers. They take appointments for services, and they honor their appointment times. United was recommended to me for alignment services many years ago by my independent Honda mechanic whom I have used for more than twenty years. United is a family-owned business and, even though I don't go there often (only when the need arises), they remember me and my vehicles and they make me feel like a valued customer. On one occasion, a local Honda dealer did an unsolicited alignment check on my car and claimed that I needed an alignment. I suspected that this diagnosis was wrong, so I took the car immediately to United who tested the car on their superior equipment and confirmed that it was in perfect alignment. I would have been happy to pay for this second opinion, BUT the owners refused to charge me. Truly impressive. I have no hesitation in giving United Alignment my highest possible recommendation. Definitely a FIVE+++STAR company.

Other companies should take a page from his playbook and learn what it means to run a human-centered, customer-focused business. Wow, just wow. I had read all the awesome reviews on yelp and thought I’d give United Alignment a shot. Well those reviews were not wrong! This shop was able to get my alignment done and did it right. George was amazing!!! I dealt with George and his willingness to help is off the charts. He even went out of his way to find me a good body shop for my car calling in a few favors. Amazing work, amazing employees, all around amazing experience.

Great service with reasonable labor fees.

Service was awesome speedy and efficient. George slid me in last minute and he was so sweet. I felt like he really cared about my safety and me as a customer. I don't live in the area but if I did George would be my mechanic for sure. He was phenomenal.
